The onsen offers a great way to relax after a long day—definitely a highlight. I appreciated the unique late-night ramen from 9:30 PM to 11 PM. It’s not something you find everywhere.
The room could use more accessible English instructions, especially for device remotes and TV channels all in Japanese—makes it tough for non-speaking guests. Breakfast runs on an early schedule from 6:30 to 9:30 AM, which might not suit everyone’s internal clock, especially after long travel distances. Also, guests may find the common areas can become crowded, affecting the enjoyment of the facilities.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The onsen was a perfect way to unwind after a long day, and I loved the free ramen from 9:30 PM to 11 PM—such a nice late-night treat. The Standard Double Room felt spacious and cozy, making it a great retreat. Two subway stations nearby made exploring the city easy. I appreciated the nightly ice cream and the massage chairs. they really added to the relaxation factor. On the downside, the common areas can get crowded and noisy at times, which made it hard for me to fully enjoy the onsen when I wanted to. Also, I had a bit of trouble managing the cleaning, as I misunderstood the instructions and ended up with some trash buildup, though the staff delivered fresh towels daily. Still, the overall experience was fantastic and highly recommendable.

It was just a smart choice for a fleeting trip in Osaka with good price-quality ratio. Free ice cream in the evening was a nice surprise after long days of exploring. Check out the nearby subway for easier transport around the city.

More pros than cons, but still…
The room felt spacious for a hotel of this type, and we loved the luxurious onsen facilities! Free noodles and ice cream at nighttime were delightful surprises that made each evening feel special!
The bed was extremely firm, which made it tough for us to adjust. also, we noticed the pillows could use an upgrade for better comfort—they were kind of hard and not very supportive at all.
